I heard this on the BBC news hour yesterday and I was appalled. The use of A masters degree will not be changed, but certain terms in reference to the word master will be.
So, I decided that whips should be banned and anyone using a whip should be jailed. Along with using terms like "master and slave". It's no longer a master hard drive with Slave drives. It's not longer a master solenoid Too many people will be offended. Also, the term "noose" and "rope" and "hanging" need to be abolished. And the word "plantation" needs to be banned. "Cotton" is another word that can be associated with slavery so let's do away with that one too. Any more terms or words we should add to the list?
