Why Donald Trump is the only candidate who will save the United States

I don't think any of the candidates will have a walk in the park to pass legislation. However, the 2 candidates who I think will be hated most in congress is Trump and Cruz. Cruz already has a bad reputation and is hated by many in congress and in the Senate. With Trump, nobody likes a bully or someone who can't control their temper. Think about it, if you had a boss that ridiculed you, called people names, lost his temper, and couldn't meet people in the middle, wouldn't you hate the guy and avoid him? He already called members in congress incompetent, lol. The moral and productivity would drop like a stone in water.

Trump is not a bully though. He calls you out. He called Bush low energy and challenged him, he did not bully him. Now he is back on the Crawford Ranch.

Trump makes things work. He has had business failures but many people do at that level. No one talks about his success because there are not one or two there is a multitude.

I think out of the remaining candidates he could get both sides of the aisle talking. They are already so why not keep them honest?

Cruz is universally despicable.
Trump is a blow-hard.
And Rubio? Well, he, in my opinion, is just dipping his toe in the waters while he looks at the pool....nowhere near ready to go into the deep end.....

It's not about telling the truth, it's about not making enemies before you take office! As a president, you have to find common ground and work with congress and the senate. If Trump is going to ridicule the same people he has to work with in order to pass legislation, he will find himself running into brick wall after brick wall!

Heck, I think everyone who has followed my posts know I can't stand politicians. In fact in some respects I could agree with Trump that a majority of them are incompetent and self-serving. However, like I've said, are system of government is based on checks and balances. This is where Trump is ignorant and thinks he can negotiate legislation just like he does with his business. If he was so intelligent, the last thing he would be doing is burning his bridges before he takes office! The same republicans he has to deal with are already attacking him for his outrageous demeanor and not holding the conservative line on issues.

So if the conservatives in congress are attacking him and endorsing other GOP candidates, the democrats surely are not going to fill that gap and support him.

Whomever the Republican nominee is, will get my vote. Any would be better than Clinton or Sanders.

@$its getting real out there, things are not going well in the world. Most Clinton or Sanders supporters don't realize just how bad it is getting. Perhaps they aren't noticing that the freaking world is on fire and about to explode.

Trump is not the most eloquent politician we have ever seen, but damn it's kinda nice to hear someone shoot from the hip at least. When I hear Rubio talk, I imagine a group of Establishment consultants behind him, whispering in his ear. The fact that Trump makes the Washington Elite panicky, is really the top reason I like him as a candidate. Same goes for Cruz I guess. All I know if the next few months are going to be VERY interesting.

I agree. But I don't think Trump will ever be president. America's people will not elect a zenophobic racist fascist and a would be dictator and demagogue who cares only to feed his gargantuan ego. He has no viable policies and knows only to spew venom and insults at anyone who disagrees with him. Nor does he have the respect of America's world partners or any idea of the enormous responsibilities associated with the control of our nuclear weapons. His hair trigger temper could easily lead to military confrontations and possible disaster. He would also constitute a threat to our basic freedoms of speech and assembly.

Trump would divide the nation, setting Muslims against Christians, and Hispanics and Latinos against Whites. And we would have the worst gridlock in Congress the country has ever experienced to date.

If Trump had invested the $200,000,000 he got from his father in the S&P 500 35 years ago, he would be worth far more than the 10 billion dollars he claims as his present net worth today, and some have estimated that net worth at 4.5 billion dollars.

He has declared multiple bankruptcies with regard to his casinos and many people lost their jobs as a result

He isn't as good a businessman as he claims.

That's why we'll never see any action from him other than the loss of our freedom of speech and assembly. I simply disagree with you and firmly believe that Trump's zenophobic megalomania and ego driven racial bigotry would be a disaster for the country. If he wins the nomination we'll have a very unfortunate choice between the untrustworthy Hillary Clinton and the potential dictatorship of Donald Trump. And both America and Israel would lose if either one of them wins the White House!
