Look, if someone of the level of what you are saying wanted you dead, you would be period. No time to tell the world, etc. There are ways to kill that look absolutely natural, even drugs that metabolize so fast as to be pretty much undetectable by the time your body is scrutinized. I will leave it at that. Other means are available to lesser organizations to effect the kill that would be quick and the assassin could walk away and never be found.
