I'm assuming there will be a small crew aboard for the measurements and testing phases, and any tweaks that will be needed along the way..or else it's strange that it should have a bridge, and what looks like lifeboat pods on deck.

I would imagine there would a crew on board for these first tests.

I think its a fascinating concept and a step in the right direction.

Yeah...although i'd prefer that direction we're stepping in would be to develop space colonies, settlements elsewhere instead of thinnking up new hardware to kill each other with.

But still...i get your point.
