The United States, due to the weak and almost traitorous conduct of President Obama , has allowed our nuclear triad to become out dated and greatly in need of maintenance. Same has not been done, and our conventional forces have also been grossly diminished and weakened as well. While we are still strong enough that another country like Russia or China would not likely risk nuclear war with the U.S. now, that situation will change soon enough if present policies concerning national defense do not significantly change.

As for Trump, his hair trigger temper and inexperience in world affairs does not bode well for his being in charge of our nuclear weapons. Trump could recklessly start a nuclear World War 3 himself even if another country would not risk such a war with us presently.

There is yet another kind of war Donald Trump will start if he becomes President. It is a Trade War! He plans to slap a 35 per cent protective tax on goods made outside the USA which are intended for import to our country, which will, in turn, lead to the countries affected such as China and Japan to increase their own protective tax on goods made in our country and intended to be exported to them. The result will be a large increase in the prices of everything manufactured outside America and imported here and a large price increase of everything manufactured here and exported to the other affected countries. Bottom line is significant inflation and an economic recession.

Simply put,

Slave mentality. They believe presidential candidates making promises.

Every, damned, time.

Lesson learned. THEY were right. People are dumb animals with no memory. Sad but true.

While I'd like to think the better of people, Trump surely does appeal to the darker angels. This racist fascist dictator would set us on a path back to the dark ages. Winston Churchill used to call Hitler "The Hun." Trump is a 21st century Hun!

I used to believe that the people were worthy. The last visage of my youths blindness. The People are dumb and lame. So hopeless they will believe anything that sounds good, regardless of the history behind the puppet or the hand up its ass.

I am learning to find my place. Its not alongside these fools and feeling better for myself for fighting the good fight.

Caius Martius Coriolanus: He that will give good words to thee will flatter beneath abhorring. What would you have, you curs that like nor peace nor war? The one affrights you, the other makes you proud. He that trusts to you where he should find you lions, finds you hares; where foxes, geese. Who deserves greatness, deserves your hate.

and your affections are a sick man's appetite, who desires most that Which would increase his evil. He that depends Upon your favours swims with fins of lead And hews down oaks with rushes. Hang ye! Trust Ye? With every minute you do change a mind, And call him noble that was now your hate, Him vile that was your garland. What's the matter, That in these several places of the city You cry against the noble senate, who, Under the gods, keep you in awe, which else would feed on one another?

“There is a world elsewhere.”

“You common cry of curs! whose breath I hate
As reek o' the rotten fens, whose loves I prize
As the dead carcasses of unburied men
That do corrupt my air, I banish you;
And here remain with your uncertainty!”

Knowing that people will believe anything that sounds good is a primary tool of the dictator. They love to prey on the ignorant. Hitler used to say that the bigger the lie, the more it will be believed, and he also said that the more the big lie was told, and the more outrageous the lie became, more of the the people would believe it even more. So it is with Donald Trump. How sad for the country and how sad for those of us who are not ignorant and who know better!

in the words of Tealk, Indeed.

Sad if we be at their side to suffer their swaying temperaments, always teetering on the edge of oblivion or knocking at the gates of salvation....and whose seasons of uncertain hopes bring tides of despair for all when dried up in their hearts..... To be as their fellows in agreement and their enemies in discord, all the while the cry of "republic, republic" sweetens their lips with kisses of hidden poison and bitter truths.

They are fickle and lost to their uncertainty. To be as them, for the commonality of their souls brings death of spirit and the castration of will, is to be as a gnat..... Running from meal to meal. Always hungry, always looking for the satiation of their empty hearts. This, the echo of their empty bellies that drive them to devour themselves if not for the wicked who wrap them like moorings to the sinking ship of our nation. They that like rats scurry from the bows of the ship and flood the docks of the world to spread their petulance and plague of mind to all who receive them in trust.

They are not our people. They are their own nation within our own, as their true loyalty is not to the people but to the individual. Their integrity is true to dishonest words and obtuse barriers placed before rational patriots and supposed brothers.

For the sake of victory over their own people who hold a voice of caution and for such crimes be fools worthy of malice and mischief in their eyes, we are thrown to the dogs for obedience to our founders, our ethos and our cause.

To hell with them.

Yes indeed to hell with them, and as Lindsay Graham recently said, "and you go to hell, Donald Trump." Too bad a lot more people in high places didn't say that to Trump months ago.

" Hopefully the American people will recognize sooner rather than later that Donald Trump is a potential extreme right wing fascist dictator who will trample our right to freedom of speech and assembly and change the face of our land to the extent that we will no longer be the nation admired as a beacon of freedom, and the best hope for world peace on the face of the Earth! "

Wrong. Trump is the chosen one and I'm not being sarcastic or making fun, not at all.

Psalms Hotel and Casino - Book 1

Why do the nations conspire
and the peoples plot in vain?
The kings of the earth rise up
and the rulers band together
against the Lord and against his anointed, saying,
“Let us break their chains
and throw off their shackles.”

The One enthroned in heaven laughs;
the Lord scoffs at them.
He rebukes them in his anger
and terrifies them in his wrath, saying,
“I have installed my king
Trump, my holy mountain.”

Trump sends plainclothes security personnel into the crowds of his rallies looking for potential protesters with an eye toward removing them so hecklers and possible trouble makers who oppose the bully can be escorted out.

Even worse, those who attend a rally are asked to pledge a loyalty oath to Trump that they will vote for him come hell or high water! Similar to Hitler's Heil salute from long ago!

Hitler is Trump. Trump is Hitler. It all spells DICTATOR!

Trump's falsely delivered promises have no limits. He says he'll negotiate trade policies that will bring jobs back to the U.S.A. from China, Japan, and Mexico, but he has his own line of clothes made in China and Mexico, and his daughter also has a line of clothes made in China. Trump also has many home goods with his name on them made in China as well. He takes advantage of the cheap labor there to keep his own costs down and pad his bottom line, and then explains that he and all other good businessmen do the same thing. It doesn't matter what he promises the American people. The only thing that matters to him is that it will be good for Trump! What is good for America really means nothing to him!

Trump promises to hire Americans to work for his enterprises and to improve their lot in life, but at the same time he hires foreign immigrants to work for less than minimum wage at jobs lasting only six months and justifies it by claiming that an American worker wouldn't settle for such a low wage and no benefits and wouldn't take a job for a limited time duration. The fact of the matter is that there are plenty of Americans who are unemployed and can't feed their families who would only love to have any job at all at almost any wage so they can continue to eat. Once again we see this bully and con artist lying to the American people while only seeking to increase his bottom line in the name of being a good businessman. He specializes in saying one thing while doing just the opposite thing at the same time!

It's funny that folks actually think Trump or Bernie would ever be able to get their ideas through Congress.

The establishment wants Hillary in place to further the New World Order. (Sadly, she is going to be the next President, because they've already succeeded in demonizing her only true challengers).

But, I'd rather have someone in who can't get things done, than one who will further send us to whatever is eventually planned for us. I don't think electing an outsider would stop it, but it would at least slow it down.

As for the idea of revolt, it's simply not realistic. Nor are folks going to risk their families, etc. Things would have to get a LOT worse for that to be a realistic last resort.

As long as that outsider isn't either Trump or Cruz, I agree with your comments in principle. Bit I also think Governor Kasich of Ohio with Marco Rubio on his ticket as vice president would be a good bet going forward.

I certainly agree that it looks like it will be Hillary Clinton but that will mean four more years of Obama. Trump v Clinton is unfortunately what we're looking at. Pick your poison, but if it comes to that disgusting choice, then better the awful Hillary than the right wing fascist dictator, Trump!
