She advised she did look back and the white male passenger had gotten out of the vehicle and started walking and she thought that person did have a gun also as he pointed in her direction and that he was walking around. That she had seen that subject several hours earlier over by the playground and thought him to be suspicious."

Since Dalton's friend says he was with Dalton from 1 to about 5pm(see pg63of87), this passenger could not have been Dalton by mistake. And that means a second gunman.
