It just never stops. Now the legal establishment will interfere (with all the possible future implications) in BREXIT and Politics to stop a proper BREXIT in the hope that we end up either remaining or with a deal whereby we remain in the customs union etc which will be a 10% BREXIT if that happens.
We need an GE to stop the establishment.

Supreme court poised to rule against Boris Johnson, say legal experts

www.msn.com...

The illusion of democracy is over.
We can now see the full force of the establishment and they will ensure they get what they want, not what the people vote for.
It looks like the Supreme Court wil indeed interfere in politics with no basis in law. They do so illegitimately, if so.

Once again they cited no law.
No law has been broken and our courts have decided an action that broke no law is unlawful.

Mind boggles and further evidence that the intention is to stop BREXIT. The only way we get a BREXIT now is via a GE.

Ruled unlawful yet no law was broken!! If you were requested to attend caught and found to have been unlawful do you potentially go to jail without breaking a law.

There was a time MPs would quit over lying or getting caught with their pants down.
As much disdain as I have over the tories and my hatred for thatcher continues still, at least they had principals back in the day.
The current crop however are building their political careers out of being unfit for office.

How cox has the nerve not to quit after his own legal advice was proven to be illegal, johnson lying to the queen (tories are the natural home for monarchists) and moog trying to play top trumps with the truth boggles belief.
And that's not mentioning the odd £150'000 to a porn star for IT consultancy.

Heseltine, Archer, Parkinson and Mellor must be wondering what they quit for?

Shocked/not shocked, the brexit supporting press is giving out a free pass to these latter day charlatans?

Cox based his advise on history of Prorogation and he was correct to do that because if he didnt he would have gone against the established constitutional principle of using Prorogation. The finding of the Supreme court was introduce a new principle in law and in my view they were wrong to interfere in what was a political decision. One which had been used many times before, once of 3 months and even John major used it for 18 days himself. Also note that although the SC said it was unlawful they did not state a law that had been broken!!!!!!!!

I don't buy the SC being impartial, they are Lords of the Realm and as throughout history have abused their power many times. The people will see what they are now up against, the establishment, Lords and Remainster MP's all pulling together to try and stop BREXIT. But the game is not yet over as many will discover if there is a GE!

Bye Bye EU!

It would ultimately bring about a General Election, which is why they almost certainly won't do it.
If, not wanting a General Election, they found themselves obliged to vote "confidence" in him (or simply abstain), he would be rubbing their noses in the fact of their reluctance
