Your consciousness does not have mass in this 3 dimensional space.

That's a really good question put that way...and immaterial=no matter=soul.

Ethereal...seemingly not of this world, yet it's a word we use, probably loosely for something that should not be there but is...dark matter?
Consciousness is another word we use loosely, while unconsciousness is probably used wrongly all the time..all according to what consciousness means.
Mostly we use words like that to describe that which is anti matter, while we don't even know what anti matter is, except that it is not matter...or is it?
Another word, one science stole, is Genetics...Genesis which says, 'in the beginning' for arguments sake, which is clearly stating that it came from something that began, while Genetics is the current understanding of evolution, the past and present forward, with a helpful need to stick in the no consciousness, big bang as a, 'in the beginning',

Yet and all, guess who, or rather what, first describes a beginning?

That's not compatible with the theory of everything though, and besides, it's been discovered scientifically that,

"Behaviour can be affected by events in previous generations which have been passed on through a form of genetic memory, animal studies suggest. Experiments showed that a traumatic event could affect the DNA in sperm and alter the brains and behaviour of subsequent generations."
The only argument there is, was any DNA mass displaced to accommodate.

How does any of that prove the consciousness has mass? Even if I'm wrong in the literal sense, the consciousness remains unaffected by gravity, so...

I am a Gnostic; I believe that our spirit transcends all... so yes, I truly believe so...

I would tend to think that our 'whatever word you prefer' is indeed unaffected by gravity in which case I don't see why you couldn't enter and more importantly return from a black hole.

However if a black hole turns out to be a hole to another dimension, universe or some sort of worm hole to another galaxy then would the traveller know or be able to find their way back?

We, as mere manufactured mammals have no soul or spirit as such. All you have is the idea that you may have one or the other, nothing more...

I find very few doorways to be one-way. Regardless, yes, even if it requires traversing to the opposite end of the universe, there's no reason if we can pass from one dimension to another that we could not return. It is essentially what the spirit/whatever does.

The first I hear about someone dying whist meditating, I'll start to believe we can't find our way back.
