Two warning shots for protesters throwing bricks?

In 'Merica the cops would shoot them dead.

Anyone still want to tell me the US isn't a police state?

Ah yes thanks for clearing that up, for some reason i thought there were riots in China too...I thought that Hong Kong was under a similar rule to china when it was returned from the British empire....clearly i am confused...

What does that have to do with the comparison of the US police though?

We are supposedly a free country too that has its citizens used to freedoms.

Wow they are some serious protesters,see em attacking the police like that....

What i find interesting as well is that the recent riots we saw in the U.S the protesters did nothing like what we are seeing here imagine what the response would have been,we are led to believe China cracks down harder on their citizens worse than say a free western country...hmmmmm

They do, in Mainland China. They have limited recourse. Hong Kong is different and still has been wanting a greater say as of late, and China has been resistant.

They are still under Chinese rule.

Therefore it is totally correct to compare the US police state to this Chinese police state.

In the USA you get shot for "charging" (read walking toward or away from a cop and not listening to their commands) while being naked.

Except you made no distinction between HK and the rest of China.

What has the rest of China got to do with the comparison?

The comparison still stands.

HK=police cower to the people and fire warning shots.

US=instantly shot for not "complying".

One pile of # not smelling as bad as another pile does not mean the first pile is not #.
