Bernie Sanders Tells Berniebros To Knock It Off — ‘We Don’t Want That Crap’

Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT) had a terse message for any of his supporters who engage in online harassment: “We don’t want that crap.” He told CNN on Sunday that the so-called “Berniebro” phenomenon is “disgusting” and that “anybody who is supporting me that is doing the sexist things — we don’t want them.”

The “Berniebro” phenomenon, where a mob of online Sanders supporters attack politicians and writers who express views critical of the Vermont senator or supportive of his Democratic rival Secretary Hilary Clinton, launched numerous thinkpieces from journalists unfortunate enough to encounter them online. At their worst, Berniebros have accused Clinton supporters of voting “based on who had the vagina” and have invented novel sexist terms such as “clitrash.”

Damn right Bernie! Scold them and straighten em' out! These aren't passionate supporters, they're morons and I wouldn't be surprised if they were on Clinton's payroll.

There's a politician and man running for the Oval Office that you can respect.

It is sad, that some of the Sanders supporters, have been rude to HRC's people.

But it seems, somewhat hypocritical,l to label Sanders supporters with Bernibro, which is clearly stereotyping.

Attacking with the phrase Berniebro, has become the knee-jerk reaction from the clintonista's, to any post by a Sanders supporter.

The phrase Berniebro, is clearly being used in a derogatory and demeaning manor, when clintons people are addressing Sanders supporters.


The bottom line is, both sides are misbehaving, the real problem, only one side has admitted that it has done wrong and asked for an end to it.

This isn't necessary though. I'd rather women voters supporting Hillary take a closer look at Bernie but that doesn't make the ho's. I'd rather her supporters not shame women who aren't voting for her but that doesn't make them anything but bad feminists.
