At 1:13:30 in the video she clearly says they were shot at the FIRST time they were stopped. She also stated they were video taping from the car but their phones were confiscated, so we should get to see those videos eventually unless evidence has been destroyed. After they were shot at the driver made the decision to continue driving. She also said that as soon as they hit the snowbanks she started to hear bullets: "a lot of bullets actually". She also said he could have been already hit as a bunch of shots came through the windshield. She also said she WATCHED him get shot WHILE HIS HANDS WERE UP, which lines up with what we see in the video where he suddenly clutches his body. Then she heard THREE MORE SHOTS.

So the narrative you just tried to portray was false.

Well, LaVoy's body is home now... I'm absolutely sickened, LaVoy was shot 9 times, there will be no open casket, the FBI shot him in the face.. Right after it happened I put out a call for the serial # off the 9mm the FBI claims he had in his pocket.. The Pacific Patriots Network just sent me an email, the 9mm came back stolen 2 years ago.. The FBI planted the gun on him.. serial # 54119868

It doesn't say who the "I" is that is writing this... do you know?

...Shawna got 400 miles outside of Oregon. After she spoke out and did the interview her attorney called and said the judge said she had to come back to get an ankle monitor. When she got back into town they then told her she had to stay for a court hearing tomorrow morning... they feel their phone conversations are being monitored and that she may receive a gag order tomorrow... They are trying very hard to silence the truth.

And then their job is to save the guy's life after he went down.

The band of murderers failed at murdering, because GOD helped them as they prayed for the evil FBI murderer bandits couldn't complete their mass murder. God's grace is why they weren't all murdered in cold blood.

Actually it was stated in several reports that Oregon State Police fired on Lavoy Finicum, not FBI.

This whole thing seems to be even more controversial now. not in the MSM obviously but the rumor mill is churning full steam and there are more protests including the one this passed weekend where vehicles drove in circles around the sheriff's department honking with flags and signs saying "feds go home"

So much seems out of place it's hard to even want to comment anywhere. I don't think we will ever know the whole truth but does that matter if this ferments? I dunno.

What I do know is that the oath keepers site hasn't let it go, and if I want to look anywhere to gauge the general sentiment on this then that is where I look. Where the oath keepers go a great many follow.

Victoria's testimony seems solid. She is not lying.

She is claiming that LEO shot at them once during the first stop before the road block and the vehicle was shot at while it was going into the snowbank. She did not know if Lavoy was hit by those bullets because he exited the vehicle immediately. Within seconds she hears 3 shots and then moments later 3 more.

This pretty much says all I need to know. Lavoy was checking his wounds not reaching for a gun. At first I was defending LEO because it looked like he was and that is why they shot but there is no excuse for the first shot when pulled over before the road block so everything that happened after just compounds the FACT that these LEO were fixing to shoot him no matter what.

Even when Victoria yells "I am EMT, Let me help him" they start shooting at the truck from all directions and a passanger did eventually get hit in the shoulder.

I think anyone who survived this incident is lucky to be alive. That was a hit squad that used cell jammers to keep the sharriff from the next county being contacted.

No, you're not the only one. I'm getting 404'd too, and it opened just fine for me before -- when I quoted from it. It was actually consisted of two screen captures of messages. The first (about the gun) had no identifying info. The second looked like it was from some kind of social networking site -- not Facebook. But I'm not on any, so I didn't recognize it.
