You see NO utility in them?
If in fact such vehicle DO exist(They do) then the tech used to create them must also be hidden.

So much of this thread relates to rocket technology. If you are on ATS, do you not think that there are more advanced craft than rockets? And for production facilities, consider the average size of the strange craft we see (maybe 50' diameter or less) and the fact that these are produced in low volumes. Also, if humans do have bases off planet, the fabrication can be done off-world. I have begun to think that the basics of the UFO-like craft are relatively easy, but the supporting systems are where the challenges really are. These are long term life support, imaging, navigation, shielding, etc.
