IS ATS under attack again?

Just experienced the outage problem about 20 minutes ago. Right around 6:00 PM EST.

My connection responded as it has in the past when ATS was undergoing a DDOS problem.

I had problems earlier in the evening. It's fine now though.

We're not seeing any inbound attack activity.

However, there have been reports of internet infrastructure issues today.
