Indeed!! it's Preposterous that this poor man can not be rescued by the authorities- i am not to run to authorities,or the medical/psychiatric profession as automatic first choice,but some people are Really in need of help,forced help if they cannot voluntarily give consent. At Least till they are more corpus mentis. I appreciate that the people of the town feed him,but it's still like some human/feral pet scenario-not right!!!!

This man needs real help and intervention in his life,for the love of all that is good and pure!!!! very very upsetting to see this
