We usually make gravlax, and a friend up the road has a gorgeous meat shop, so we're never far from " treat meat".

We were at the butcher for some lamb for stew this weekend and picked up a bit of brined and smoked heart. It was awesome with some Gouda.

I like Pepper Jack, and Habanero Jack even more so.

Those are really good.

Sharp cheddar, smoked salmon, and cold beer is an excellent combo to try. I normally drink white wine, but this combo is too special to mess with!

I get it at my local grocery (Food Lion)
so hardcore it's about impossible to slice. I buy it in one-inch blocks and break off as needed.

Mmmm, there is a stall at our local City Market that serves local sheep's milk cheeses too. Those are also awesome good.

YES!!!! Can you imagine that in macaroni and cheese? Bliss!

Blue cheese vinaigrette poured over chopped veggies then roasted in oven for one and half hours.
The only must veggie in this recipie is califlower.

"Wow" is your only words uttered by everyone...

Love almost every type of cheese, just not a fan of feta or blue cheese.

My favorite is Brie, I like to stiff chicken or pork with it. Gruyere is another favorite, it stinks so bad but tastes so good! Also love a good goat cheese, it's delicious spread across a slice of bread.

We're not really the Jazz types. We'll try out some blue Brie while listening to The Arkells, or Queen.

I have a little boutique cheese maker, local and I'm actually a muso, myself, so everyone has a good time.

Mmm gawd cheese I have like 8 in fridge they prob off now ?!? Mmm moldy cheese .. cheesoholic with peppercorn or mango peach bits in them and red wine out of a box .. oh also halloumi Edam the blue one (not special just has to be on the list)

i love fontina for that same stinky, wonderful flavor.

Red Leicester, Gruyere and Edam are my fave's and obviously a nice English Cheddar.
