I Guess I'm Married Now

It's been a strange few days.
A girl friend I haven't spoken with or heard from in many years, she's been in prison, just dropped in on me.
We hung out for a bit. Had a few drinks.
Next thing I know she asks me if I want to get married.
I tell her I kind of like living alone in my own place.
She tells me she has her own place and also prefers it that way.
Long story short, she tells me I'm her husband and she is my wife. I was not given much of a choice.
I didn't say no. This should be an adventure. She is a looker.

How the times have changed my friend!

Why does she need to be married ? Did she tell someone she was married and now needs someone to play along ? Is it for her parole officers sake...and please don't actually get married as you may be liable for her back bills (if she has any ) .and a whole lot of other crap that may be coming down the pipeline ....but I can't help but think there an angle as to WHY she needs to be married or has to be married. ??

If you're like me you probably don't have enough blood to support an erection and a fully functioning brain at the same time so I suggest you be careful. Maybe she learned a new scam on the inside haha, I know blokes that have picked up new ideas for their crime escapades from other prisoners. So yeah, make sure you aren't just thinking with lil Skunky Jr down there and getting blindsided.

i recall a very interesting late night conversation with a US circuit judge - and caan you officiate at your wown wedding - was one of the saner questions we asked him as we attempted to get the jist of US law

do you get a tax break under these circumstances tho? You might as well get it done on paper to get the tax benefits.. especially if you both prefer living by yourselves anyway. Mutually beneficial "marital" relationship. Congrats to ya, ya newlywed
