Cool. It was good doing all the background reading and the thread itself bombed. You might enjoy reading some of the links more than the OP. The Gurney and Podmore stuff was fascinating even if their style of writing was dense and wordy.

Some of the Podmore cases included people seeing apparitions of family at the time they later found out they'd died. Cool stuff

Something about the thread makes me feel uneasy. I've heard lots of stories similar to this from different people. But like ufology or anything, it's all just stories with no clear answer.

Don't they call it poltergeist? *gulp*
