do you play the lottery? what is your method?

i just grabbed 3 plays for the ohio powerball.
the jackpot is 900 million.

everyone has a method they use/
computer generated picks? you pick them?
both drawings in the week?

i figure you cant win if you dont play so i might as well.

if i win the jackpot on the 900 but i agree to take it all at once i would get like 535 million.

i think i can live on that for a while

My circle of friends and I all pool our money together for as many quick pic's as possible and will split the winnings equally when we win.

i figure someone has to be the winner.

Husband will randomly decide to pick up a ticket. The drive he takes has produced several jackpot winners including one $500+ million Powerball winner in the years he's been taking it. It seems have its own luck. The major jackpot winner? He almost bought a ticket at that station that week, but he chose one an exit up instead.

So, while he is nowhere near religious about it, he does pick up a ticket here and there.

For this go around we've been simply refreshing the same ticket.

We'd go with it all at once. No matter how you do it, the amount would be enough that the tax would be ruinous.

But we just saw the numbers and WE don't have it.

I'll replay the numbers that I played for Wednesday's and tonight's drawing and probably pick up a few more. Might as well be flushing money down the toilet, but you never know!

I play the lottery, my method is losing. I don't buy tickets very often because of that.

Well, I just checked my numbers and I won. I will use the four bucks to buy two more tickets for the next drawing. Getting four bucks back out of six bucks spent is being a winner in my book. I am happy with winning anything back. Lucky 13 strikes again.

I've flushed for dumber stuff lol.

Sometimes replay numbers. Playing the same numbers worked for family more than once with a nice amount not a huge jackpot.

It's official, nobody won the jackpot, and the pot for Wednesday is indeed $1.3 billion!

Ah, one or two more tickets for that draw can't hurt, the $806 million after federal taxes would more than make up for it

What's the most you've won, all lotto is accentually rigged no? I thought your chances of winning big is less likely then getting hit by lightning but I'm not sure how it works.

All my winnings have gone right back into more tickets, so I've never actually won anything. I have come very close to being struck by lightning however.
