No one ever said it was going to be easy. But its time we start trying. Long overdue!

As long as people concentrate on anything but CORRUPTION in DC, nothing will change. The system is working just fine for the CEO, Board of Directors, politicians and Billionaires behind the Oligopolies.

It just like going to a corrupted police station and expecting those corrupted police officers who are benefiting from the corruption , to help you stop it or point out the real issues. Its just not going to happen.

In order to fix this country and most of the chaos in the world you MUST ONLY concentrate and attack the corruption in Washington. There is no way around that.

You can't make clear decisions when the facts are clouded with conflict of interest.

Concentrating on the symptoms doesn’t fix the problem, hence why the same issues that exist today have existed for over 5 decades at minimum.

The system is broke for the upper middle class and below its working just fine for those who have the money (.01%) to influence it.

The corruption and the conflicts of interest have to be torn from the system without doubt. President Obama certainly hasn't done so, and sadly Trump, Sanders, and Hillary Clinton won't either. Each member of that rogues gallery will become a large part of the problem!

raise taxes for importing jobs to china. force US manufacturers to use US labor. raise minimum wage, reform immigration, get rid of NSA spying. reform police rights over citizens, reform farming and agriculture. legalize marijuana. invest in infrastructure to create jobs. hm probably redirect more military funding into healthcare. invest in solar energy to reduce dependency on arab oil.

I'm not supporting Sanders nor do I think he will get the DNC nomination but out of those candidaters he is the only one that even mentions corruption in DC. He is also the only candidate that passed my litmus test.

My problem with Him is while he is talking about the main issue of corruption he is also proposing bigger gov't . My issue with that is , that I believe we must first shrink or at minimum not grow govt anymore than what we have until we tackle the issues of corruption.

It makes no sense to create a bigger gov't when their is corruption, all that does is create more corruption.

So while I think he has genuine concerns I differ with his approach. I think we need to shrink then rebuild back up once we implement the 5 things I listed above.

However I still wouldn't dismiss giving him my support just yet. The other one I like is Rand Paul, not as good as his Father but I would support him over the rest including Sanders.

Either than that I think they are all cookie cutters clones of past politicians and nothing will change.

I could never live with Sander's socialism as it would destroy the very fabric upon which our country was built as the land of opportunity and free enterprise. I also strongly believe that Sanders only gives lip service to fighting corruption in Washington and that he would ultimately only add to and fuel the problem.

Rand Paul is simply way too isolationist in his overall approach given the dangerous world problems we are facing today as a nation.

If you were elected in 2016 to be the POTUS, what would your main objective be?

Putting armed guards around the US Constitution.

A nice flat tax for everyone. Way simpler Tax code. Universal Healthcare to take over from Obama Care. Something simple and cheap or Free. Still able to get any health insurance you want though or do without, but if you're without, you'll still be taken care of in the event of a catastrophic accident or illness.

Get rid of most of our Alphabet agencies starting with the NSA and homeland security. We were more effective when we had Two.. CIA for all international issues and FBI for all domestic.

Get rid of probably half of our over 700+ military installations around the world.

Term limits for congress. 2 years is about right, with a much smaller compensation plan and pay. Stop the drone program, unless we're at war or it's requested by a government.

Get the corporations out of our government as they should be. All voting is paper or mail so we have a nice paper trail.

Veterans beneifits and VA get a huge over hall and much more increased spending as does NASA.

Huge penalites for polluters...so much so that they would never do it again, no more slaps on the wrists and

BLM get's reigned in. Nobody likes them or their policies.

No more tax breaks, subbsidies, bail outs or help for Big oil, coal, Nuclear or auto industry. You can't make it work, then you have a bad business model and you need to go under, so that better companies and business men can take over.

That would be a pretty good start.

Oh! Okay - so, you want to do away with Social Security and Medicare and Medicaid and Schools and Roads and Fire Departments and Police?

What about hungry kids, and homelessness, and lack of education and opportunity due to a manipulated, bank-generated "bad credit score"?

Because, that's all Sanders is intending to do ---- keep the small fries from being flushed and swept aside......or stepped on when they fall out of the "supersize" riches that you all so happily and selfishly hoard.

He is saying NOTHING about ending free enterprise. You just don't get it, and like many others, you don't want to.

Carry on then.

Sanders is a 50/50 chance of B$. Which is better odds then the rest.

In regards to socialism:
I'm not fully against having certain industries run under socialism like Healthcare. The for profit system we have now is pretty crappy and the wrong people are raking the benefits from it.

I don't think any nation can consider themselves a world super power when they have parents that have to either go homeless, hungry or consider not taking themselves or their child to the hospital because financial reasons.

Heck our military can be somewhat considered socialist. They take all our money without our say and fund it . So I find it interesting that people that support military funding , are so opposed to a same system for healthcare.

I guess they are for killing instead of healing people when it comes to socialism?

Rand Paul is simply way too isolationist in his overall approach given the dangerous world problems we are facing today as a nation.

Interesting stance , as our intervention in the middle east and around the world is what has caused our involvement in what we are facing today.

Somewhat? NO. Not somewhat...totally. Equipment, infrastructure, salaries, meals, BDUs, weapons, ammo, care for wounded warriors - ALL paid for by our taxes (including Blackwater and Halliburton and other mercenary contractors)....
mercenaries who get rich by being 'for hire' rather than regular soldiers, who don't have to obey the laws, and kill with impunity. Who charge $800 for a hammer, and sell to both sides.

Disgusting.

Read "Captains and the Kings" by Taylor Caldwell....
classic. Takes place prior to the Civil War -
none of this "cabal" is 'new'.

A flat tax just wouldn't effectively raise the revenue needed to properly maintain the social welfare and entitlement programs needed to protect our seniors and disabled people.

We've already cut the military down to the bone as it is so I can't agree with further cuts in military installations.

But special breaks for large oil companies and other fat cats does have to stop along with all the corruption and under the table deals! We also need to be sure we keep an eye on the military industrial complex as President Eisenhower warned so many years ago.

Same tune but with a slightly different beat, Buzzy. Bernie Sanders on the left and Donald Trump on the right is a tune changer all right. I'd love to see and hear you sing and dance to that melody. If I had any rhythmic ability I'd join in. It might even be fun. Unfortunately there is nothing funny about this prospect for America.

1) Border lockdown....wall, fence, outposts...none get in anymore

2) Cut any Federal funding to sanctuary cities and states by Executive Decision and demand a full audit of Citizens vs. "Others" or else no further funding will be permitted.

3) Raid Corporations and Large Employers of suspected employment of Illegal Immigrants and fine them half of all yearly revenue.

4) Mass Deportations incrementally

5) Work with Democrats and Republican to fully Audit the Federal Reserve using the best and brightest on the issue to come up with a comprehensive Bill.

6) Revisit ALL Trade Agreements starting with NAFTA.

7) Work with Congress to pass a Bill funding training and/or tax exemption to replace all H1B Visa workers

8) Encourage and call for a Convention of States and Reaffirmation of the Constitution with respect to ALL Rights granted.

9) Restructure or abolish IRS

10) Restructure or abolish Dept. of Energy and Education

11) Call in Federal Reserve Board and have a severe lengthy 'talk' with them

12) Call NASA/JPL in my office and have a 'discussion' about what they know and when they knew it, threaten a full audit, threaten full investigations.

13) Call in FBI, CIA, NSA, DHS and have a talk with them about what they know and when they knew it.

14) Repeal all Executive Orders back to Eisenhower.

15) Declare Saudi Arabia a hostile enemy and recall all diplomats and agreements with them immediately.

16) Call for Turkey's withdrawal from NATO and declare them a rogue nation in conflict with the interests of Europe, the West, and the U.S.

17) Reaffirm to Israel that while we have their back, we are not bound by any current protection Treaty, would demand their disclosure of Nukes before any further agreements, and bar them from ever sending an elected official to speak inside our borders without my express consent.

*Not in that order*

1) Organize a CC to revise the Constitution for the 2000's and beyond and have electronic media etc added to amendment one, have concealed carry for the second and so on, let the people have a say in things like that and term limits, get the states to ratify quickly so we can move on.

2) Audit the entire government, not jus tthe Federal Reserve, every branch, agency and sub agency, trim the bloat.

3) Reorganize DHS

4) Reorganize DHHS

5) Reorganize Treasury

6) Homeless Rights and Places to live for all citizens.

and finally 7) Sit back and nuke the crap out of the middle east and mop up the oil afterwards (j/k)

I only disagree with one thing you plan to do, that being getting rid of Education. That department unfortunately serves a purpose to the children that districts would rather not have to educate, and without them, there are no real legal reasons to have to do that, as the laws that are written all give Education the right to enforce.

I was just speaking about the DOE....not Education. There's different levels State and Federal. I would actually revamp education to make it better. And I would go after Banks and the Education loan sharks which prey on young people, encourage trade skills, etc.

I don't hate education....lol
