Pork fat is great, me Mam used to always cook the roast potatoes on a sunday in pork dripping, way tastier than beef dripping or goose fat etc in my opinion.
English Bacon is really nice, as is the American streaky stuff, I buy both, just top it with some brown sauce NOM!
