If the result was rigged then the reasonable path to follow would to find who makes money of Ms Universe in the up coming year. Is one candidate more profitable then the other.

Given that the contest was in Las Vegas I think your comment is interesting, chances are that there was betting in some way, and if we take in account that before the day of the actual final Colombia was the great favorite it is not improbable to think that here we could be dealing with a kind of huge speculation maneuver to defraud the betters.

So the great question here is who profited in the betting?, that in las Vegas is extremely likely to have occurred.

I would not be surprised if at the end of this bizarre situation the authorities find that somebody became extremely rich in just the night of the crowning.

The entire issue deserves to be deeply investigated by the authorities, it is important to determine what it is in behind of a so strange incident, after all Harvey is not a beginner in his kind of job, he had a so much extensive previous experience to have committed a so incredible mistake.

First of all, the word 'ridiculous' doesn't always mean 'funny'....it can also mean absurd and deserving of mockery or derision. That is the way I meant it in my comment.

The sooner you hyperbolic ranters understand what Trump said about ILLEGAL Mexican immigrants, the better you will understand that he was absolutely 100% correct that among illegals coming into our country are rapists, criminals, and drug dealers.....100% right.

But, of course, all the rabid-dog criticizers "heard" was Trump hates Mexican immigrants, when that is not what he said at all. Even Paulina Vega participated in the lie and the over-the-top rhetoric about him being hateful and hurtful when nothing could be further from the truth.

He even says he loves the Mexican people, but they need to come here legally. Common sense, no bigotry or racism involved in that comment. So, AOL, show me where he should be declared an enemy of Mexico.

I will concede one point since Carly is my gal. She has a beautiful face. Hillary was the one insulting Donald's hair, so he should have directed the barb toward her, not Carly. I don't think Carly had insulted his appearance, but I could be wrong. That isn't generally her style. She is a class act presidential person all the way.

why does this pagent even exist? i dont think ive ever sat through and watched an entire show but i skimmed through last years pageant on youtube and i really saw nothing of substance...it looks much like a cheesier verson of a fashion show where they wear nothing but bad sequined costumes. and have fake smiles and use robotic rehearsed lines. :/

The contest was in USA, this was also not the first in Las Vegas, so I dont think they invented any standards for this version 2015, so how in the world could Harvey have been misleaded by the design of the Card?

Now, one thing is sure the fonts that correspond to the Miss Universe recipient are clearly bigger and also it is the only one of the three that is printed on the right side of the card, I still find difficult to believe that Harvey could made a mistake that only an afficionate may commit after years working in pegeants.

I believe this was Steve Harvey's first time to host this event. He mis-read the card. At first glance, the words "MISS UNIVERSE 2015" looks like the card's heading or title. He probably visually registered the words, 'second' and a 'first', and initially didn't even notice what was under the all caps heading. Sounds like an innocent first timer's mistake.

To insert Donald Trump's name in this at all is absurd. He's not even a part of this pageant anymore. This just shows me how eager hateful people are to smear this good man's name because he is not the smooth-talking lying politician most of us are used to.

I explained the card layout from a graphic, visual and advertising perspective. At first glance my eye was not drawn to the small text that stated the winner, but immediately spotted the '1st' and the country printed next to it. So from a layout point of view the card was badly put together, which could lead to mistakes.
The fact that the miss universe 2015 was in such a large font made it look like it was just the title of the even and putting it on the right hand side also places it in the least significant or important position on the card space. In the USA most people read from left to right and so our eyes and brain are trained to look top left when we are handed a document, we don't naturally look at the bottom right area of the page first. So absolutely the card layout could have been a factor in him making a mistake.

Hey we are talking of a politician that has openly proposed to do a witch hunting of whoever has entered illegally to this country that is of Hispanic origin, That is his personal obsession.

If it was rigged by Trump, I'm pretty sure he would have paid enough money to do it right such that none of us would ever even suspect it was rigged.
