Actually, you might as well have called it the 'Senior's Forum'. As history is really taught anymore...

I always think of Churchill, "We'll fight them on the beaches...." words that carry the 'fluence. One guy did say the attributed words, the other didn't.

I have no doubt you will be typing up an OP which goes to the roots of Fascism, proving, once and for all, that it was borne out of a Liberal concern for the lives of citizens in Germany, Italy and Japan (among others).

Truth be told, I'm not that anti-socialist...!! Well, social conscious, that is. It works well for families, communes and groups of similar values.

When it grows larger, it usually does, it crosses from social consciousness to 'Socialism'. That point when it is enforced on those that do not agree with that particular 'solution'. The bigger, the more disagreement and enforcement. When it gets big enough to control agenda, media and military, it becomes fascist.

I hold a fairly useless degree in the field. The internet has made historians a rare breed but history is the story of All.
