You do realise that targetting families is what created ISIS, right?

Innocent people died and surviving members joined ISIS.

It's a dumb idea.

So, effectively, Trump is advocating for a policy that NK engages in?

Watching here now and three things stand out IMO..

Paul seems like he has really stepped up. He has impressed me.

Carson seems totally disconnected. From reality.

Trump has been placed on the defensive almost all night.

To me, the Donald is getting carpet bombed tonight and it may be his fall this night.

Again, just my personal take is that Rubio and Bush, believe it or not, seem the most sane of the lot.

But that isn't saying much... but if I had to pick those two would be who took the debate and The Donald will slip and fall.

Having issues with my feed due to a massive upload I am running, but I've caught Carson and Trump being boo'd.

No, I disagree. as soon as ISS learns that we are going to go after all their families, they might want to think about what they are doing.

It's not blocked by NK, it's been blocked by the UK.

In essence it's an infowar.

Shutdown the propaganda and then it's impossible to get to.

I kinda agree with Trump on that.
But he isn't eloquent enough to break down what he wants to do, it took until tonight for me to understand what he meant by shutting down "parts of the Internet".

Serious question:

Does the US have the capability to shut-off the internet in foreign countries?

We could certainly take a page from the hackers "book". Its a simple thing to a ddos attack or two or ten. Discussing reasonable Rules of Engagement would be the tough part.

Carson sounds like a boxer with pugilistic dementia.

He definitely isnt POTUS material in my book. Took awhile for a lot of people to see this when he was second in polls

EDIT: He is divorced from reality it seems.

These people kill their own family members what makes you think they give a toss about collateral damage.

It's the biggest recruitment tool available to terrorists.

Defense contractors are probably giving high fives and throwing back drinks.

You can keep spending money on band-aids, changing them again and again when they're soaked in blood -- or you can sew up the wound and try to heal it.

You don't "cure" a disease by treating and chasing symptoms. Bombing and killing is like taking Advil to cure a brain tumor that gives you migraines. You have to cause a fundamental, ideological, social paradigm change ... using allies and willing people from within the problem itself.

Yes, and no. No doubt the wars have both alienated and angered multiple Muslims around the world, but you have to remember the harsh crack down on Sunni Muslims by Shia Nouri al-Maliki, the resurgence of Baath and Sunni insurgent groups, downfall of various governments, revolutions and civil wars in various countries within the Middle East and Africa, etc.

That was a much better neuroscience reference than Carson's.

Maybe he had a small stroke that's gone unnoticed (media wise)...

He slurs a lot and the left side of his face seems a little paralysed.

Although this is irrelevant to be honest, it's no reason to doubt him.
His policies are.

Who do you all think who will win this debate tonight?

I am supporting Trump.

What are your stance on your candid, and why do you support it?

We need movers and shakers in the White house to make some real change in this country. I believe that Trump can shake things up, he certainly is hated by both parties.

Why because he is not bought and paid for by the A Packs.

Yes, I am for shutting down our boarders until this war on terrorism is over.

Just about every one of these candidates are horrible liars or complete idiots.

Also, the US foreign policy has often CREATED not only destroyed regions such as the Middle East but also radical militants through the power vacuum AND demonstrable support of such groups over the past 40 years or so BY the US.

So, all of what is being stated is propaganda at the moment, mainly through lies of omission and via mischaracterizing the history. This is Bush Jr. rhetoric.
