You were not born yet. You did not have a part in the crusades. It reminds me of when someone says I am an American we invented the Atomic bomb. I have to point out that they could barely light a firecracker without blowing off a finger, but a Jewish immigrant to America after the second world war had a hand in building the first US built atomic bomb. You are you we is something that happened within a community you identify with. There is no we in you.

That is an absurd argument, that would be like you saying you WERE there for everything you argue for ... think about that.. The deaths during the crusades are known, it's all well documented.. you're making silly comparisons

WW1 AND WW2 was religion based? Hitler wanted to unite all Germans and then realized he could take all of Europe. The majority of the wars you mentioned had nothing to do with religion and usually were fought because of land and assumed royalty.

Yes, Christians fought wars anyone with a little bit of knowledge of history knows this fact. The difference is that Islam tells you to take in the name of Islam. Muhammad is even claimed to have promised Constantinople.

I think "Is Christianity a religion of Peace" is perfectly relevant when you ask that question... you can consider me wrong, but I think it's perfectly valid in the comparison ... I have a great reputation here, I've been here a long time.. I could be wrong in my judgement but I doubt it .. I usually have a very high agreement with me.. I am willing to risk some of that reputation for being fair...

Think.. fair... beyond stupidity... human vs human.. not racism or bias ..

I am not religious but your list is not accurate. It's rediculous. On both counts.

It's not the wars anyway they are usually political using religion to persuade.

It's the societies human rights and ethics.

Your list may as well include "atheist" wars as well which under the loose definitions on your list have pretty high numbers.

A 5 year old video of one debate is not something I would heavily rely on as a truth for either outcome.

The OP says this thread is not to instigate. I disagree. The very title and material is an instigation to infer that this religion is not peaceful.
