The EIGHT guys in the video were cops.

Unless the first three guys in the video were wearing cop disguises, from multiple agencies.

I just finished reading Page 19 of this thread with more to go but my sense of it is -- it was a professional hit. Reason as yet unknown but I highly doubt it has anything to do with people who are disabled. Just my feeling so far!!

I think there was a SWAT exercise when the shooting first happened. They were one of the 1st on scene.

That was a police vehicle, if I am not mistaken. Video feed of the shot showed rapidly-flashing lights on that particular vehicle.
