Lockheed has been awarded a $914M Foreign Military Sales contract to upgrade Singapore's F-16 fleet. The work is expected to be completed by 2023, and will be done in Texas. Details as to the upgrades haven't been released, but an early sale included 50 JHMCS units, 90 AN/APX-126 advanced IFF systems and 92 Link 16 terminals.

Word is that Northrop will be supplying the SABR AESA units for radar upgrades, but that hasn't been confirmed. Singapore has 60 Block 52 aircraft between 10 and 17 years old.

Lockheed Martin has been awarded a $914 million foreign military sales contract to upgrade Singapore’s F-16 fighter jets.

Work on the aircraft will be performed at Fort Worth, and is expected to be completed by 30 June 2023, the US Department of Defense says in an update on contracts awarded.

Lockheed was awarded the contract on a single-source basis, however details on what the upgrade will involve were not disclosed.
