You mean they had to go up to Calveras County to do the
second sequel? Escape from S.F.? "Call me Steak, I'm done."

Hopefully they're all being gathered up and any other city or place where they're found as well.

Obviously a terrible murderous event is being planned, for the refugees, or the deliberate civil tensions that the PTB are fanning the flames of.

$5 says it's some sort of art project.

Truly doubt that very much!

It has a feel of the purge to it.

Just a guess, they are Lucille from The Walking Dead.

Yep that is what I was thinking, a bad marketing campaign for the walking dead, and I do believe Negan along with lucille will be introduced in the next episode...
The only thing is Lucille is wrapped in barbed wire.

I don't think this is meant to be dangerous but I do think it is there as either art or a statement of some sort. Sometimes people just like screwing with people like that...

Like Toynbee Tiles - en.m.wikipedia.org...

A psychological Where's Waldo/Clue game of sorts.

They'll likely be hauling in some hipsters/college students in for questioning shortly.

If not? And it is something darker? Hell... That wouldn't shock me either.

Be glad that these objects that were positioned in public were not explosive devices.
Think about that.
27 objects that have everyone stirred up were openly planted and it is a mystery as to who did it.
If they were bombs, they would have exploded already.

From the pictures I've seen, they appear to be chained pretty well to immobile structures. That sort of limits their use as a weapon. Granted, a set of bolt cutters could free them, but clearly the intent is for the weapon to remain put. So that kind of goes against any planned violence or "purge" type scenario.

I'm also banking on art project. If not that, then some sort of protest against the techies there. Any chance these are being found near the tech company private bus stops?

That works for me too.

If they wanted the objects to present a risk, the chains would be long enough to swing the damned bats! Or not chain them at all and leave them outside of bars at 3am.

Plus, some of us will remember the old spiked bat as a popular weapon in old comics. It was the cudgel of the henchman and usually had rusty nails sticking out. I could be wrong, but isn't that meme a dead one to younger generations? If so, it's more evidence that the bats are theatrical like the old black spheres with lit fuses for bombs - cartoonish.

Earlier on, I had a look to see more of these things and they aren't all spiked. They are all bats and they all have a feature at the end of them.

It's propaganda and will likely be used as a false flag in the near future.

Don't fall for it! Ogres are friends and not our enemy.

There's quite a split between the techies and pre-gentrification folk in San Fran. The building of high end apartments, coffee shops and condos is pushing old neighbourhoods out. People are being evicted, tossed out onto the streets.

My guess is an art project (public installations) to send a message.

To which side, I'm not sure.

If you remember the student protests in Missouri, they wanted "safe zones".

Chaining baseballs bats to street objects creates "unsafe zones".

Didn't San Francisco recently close the last gun store they had? They hate self defending people there so maybe this is a group of people protesting that. I am real curious about this. Of course if they ever find anything out they won't let us know.

Very Symbolic indeed,
This reads "freedom being shackled by force"

Anyone else notice that?
