10 Most Hilarious (and Deranged) 'Elf on the Shelf' Scenes

I don't understand the idea behind Elf on a Shelf, so I find these to be quite funny. There is something a little weird about spending $35 dollars on a kit with a doll you keep moving around your house to get your kids to be good over the holidays, but if your family enjoys it, more power to you.

Still, I think these are sort of funny, especially the "graduates" kit at the end.

THIS is why I said "HELL NO!" to this creepy tradition. My husband has the humor of a 12 year old and I have the patience of an 80 year old.

That plus the fact that Christmas is quite enough work.

No elf on the shelf here. Instead...we keep belt on the shelf. Cheaper and more effective.
