Since the Twin towers were designed with a shorter lifespan they could sway about 3 feet either way.
With an effective inertial damper they could have lasted longer with fewer stress cycles.

The Chicago Tower has design elements with more purely compressive loads they sway less than 8 inches.
Assuming the rents get paid on the top floors, the thick Aluminum exoshell elements used for the Chicago tower should have longer life.

Fire is out. No imminent collapse into its own footprint. No melted steel beams.

Thank Goodness! Must be no jet fuel around? So all of the un-effected buildings surrounding it will collapse either? Good news

When I started this thread it was to share that the Hancock was on fire, but I do enjoy all the 9/11 shots being tossed around
