This is an AP story (fed to them by the Company)

IS has set up a branch tasked with pursuing chemical weapons, according to a senior Iraqi military intelligence officer and two officials from another Iraqi intelligence agency. They wouldn't give details of the program, including how many personnel it is believed to have or its budget.

But al-Zamili, citing intelligence reports he has access to, told the AP that the group has managed to attract chemical experts from abroad as well as Iraqi experts, including ones who once worked for Saddam Hussein's now-dissolved Military Industrialization Authority. The foreigners include experts from Chechnya and southeast Asia, the Iraqi intelligence officials said

I think they should really focus on the bio-engineering angle. Creating a virus would maximize the causalities, i think.

They already have chemical weapons, and have employed them in battles.

Making the chemical weapon isn't the hard part, getting the weapon to the target is the hard part.

Probably, Al-Qa'ida done some experimentation with chemical weapons.

Would not be the first time in history that chemical weapons have been used in acts of terrorism

They also most probably have the means and given that they have been making some serious gains in Syria who is to say they don't already have some of Assads weapons.

The real question is would they be able to use them, I think they could in Syria and Iraq but it would be much more difficult against a western target.

Every modern weapons system employs chemicals, most of which are toxic. Smoke from fire is toxic, so are the smoke clouds left after bombs go off, lead poisoning from bullets, the exhaust from planes trains and automobiles…

The WMD thing isn't worn thin enough for some. Lets keep spraying the interwebs with it.

Chemical Ali in Iraq, Nuclear Iran, Syrian Red Line…

More chemical crisis with Isis…

"Serious gains in Syria"?

"Assad's weapons"?

Smearing the walls with poo, as usual.

Dude i don't know what your problem is with me but every time i post you have to take a dig, its getting rather annoying.

The point i am making is quite simple, the Syrian state is known to possess chemical weapons, ISIS has taken over territory in Syria as such it is possible that they may have been able to capture some of these Chemical weapons.

I am not smearing the walls with poo, just pointing out that its possible they have chemical weapons.

Assad consented to destroy his stockpile, it was carried out and done with independent confirmation. There was ton of threads here about it, I'm sure you were on them, crying about Assad then, too.

Stop fabricating lies and I'll stop "picking" at your content.

But there are documented accounts that Syrian forces have used chemical weapons.

Now if you want to you can deny that it was Assad's forces who used them (fine by me) but regardless they have been used in the Civil war. As such again it is possible that ISIS could also now have access to these weapons.

If not it is still possible that like other terrorist groups in the past that ISIS has started to explore methods to develop their own chemical weapons.

Do you not believe that ISIS has chemical weapons or at the very least that they would be seeking out such weapons?

Furthermore i would thank you to change your tone, if Assad really has destroyed all his chemical weapons then that is mealy something I cannot recall its not me trying to post deliberate lies.

It seems to me like you cannot converse with me with out resorting to trying to bring me down, whatever your problem is i do not know but rather than this constant nit-picking every time you see my post why not just tell me what the problem is?

U2U me if you like as i do not want to stray off-topic.

UMMMM thats complete BS. Syria did NOT "destroy" all of their stockpile. What you read on CNN that they did and it was verified by the UN? So NOW you want to believe the UN that this is true? LOLOL. Sheeple, sheeple, sheeple. Please.

The use of chlorine in barrel bombs dropped from helicopters that only Syria has in this fight shows your wrong.

The US government said that about Assad, go figure.

Mixing bathroom cleaners is hazardous to your health, so every government is guilty of making chemical weapons on some level.
