They're escalating their plans and like they said this was carefully planned out over time for this moment.

We have to be extremely vigilant because they obviously have these things planned and who knows what they have planned for America.

Just hearing of this now and watching in tv - just so sad and awful.
At least 6 separate attacks, possibly 60 dead and rising and the injured far far more.

It's surprising that french intelligence didn't catch this. If I remember right, France had elevated risk for terrorism and intelligence was on alert. Still they didn't notice this before it happened.

ISIS has claimed that they have thousands of members in Europe and this could be just the beginning.

This is really bad, hostages are being killed one by one. This is so widespread attack that it has needed lot of planning.

I guess it's time to end this Schengen nonsense. It's way too easy to move around in Europe.

Young guy with a gun and explosives patrolling inside the theater...no mention of nationality.

There's something else I believe needs to be kept a close eye on. France has declared a national state of emergency, closed its borders, and deployed military to the streets. Will military be performing police functions? Will there be curfew/martial law? Also, what measures will be taken toward citizenry in the name of security?

I don't say that to detract from the situation at hand. But only for us to keep an eye out for that side of things as the situation develops.

Just to add: BBC just stated the military is ordering people indoors.

This will only be the beginning...prepare for war in any major city. Stay vigilant ATS around the world...it will get worse before it gets better....if it gets better.
