It was a semi-autonomous guided submunition that they could also use to mark targets for follow on B-1RDs.

I thought that had the T-URD designation or was it the S-H1T designation. Try standing in formation, in dress whites when a flight of seagulls reached their initial release point.

There's quite a bit of activity there. Even when they aren't doing active missile testing, there's a lot going on there with the labs.
