the purpose of life is to observe the surrounding area

a tree can observe a specific area above, and underground

a bird can observe a larger area

a caribou or salmon somehow decides to observe the same area of its ancestors

a human observes only death in the area

when a life form has observed all that it can observe what is there left

it can teach its offspring to observe the same areas it observed

if it cannot produce offspring it can only observe

what is the purpose of life aside from observation?

therefore creating anything is not a part of life, but death

everything created by a living being will destroy life.

If I had to articulate it, i'd say to engage life based on the observations. [?]

I feel the purpose of life is to observe and serve. The birds to serve it's beauty, the tree to serve it's fruit, the human to serve it's unconditional Love to those that serve it's purpose of observation. Is everything here to just be? That's like going to a dance and everyone playing the wall observing each other. Let's all dance together while observing our unique movements. Serve the birds gratitude for the song they sing to your growing fruit making it that much sweeter.

Okay, you made an assertion. That the purpose of all life is to observe. Are you saying that this is the only purpose life has?

Scary

what else can a living being do?

observe the surrounding area vs. change the surrounding area

changing the surrounding area will begin a stage of destruction and creation or the reforming of the surrounding area

therefore when a human begins to change the surrounding area, they are no longer observing the surrounding area and they no longer are living but dying.

Is your assertion that the only purpose life has is to observe?

So are you affirming what I asked to be true?

The purpose of life is not only to be an observer but gain experience and knowledge in this realm of existence.

We cannot see the world through the eyes of another, other than being that person to see through their perspective. Hence, being in the higher perspective, we made a choice of an earthly experience to explore and learn from this experience.

The urge to explore different themes in this life, was made as choice by ourselves and hence we are in this realm to gain experience and understanding, that will further expand our selves as we wake up on the other side.

Peace

Indeed. Life is for learning. Observation without cognition is nothing.

i have already answered you twice.

if you can think about your life and see what you remember, you remember what you have observed.

if a human being considers themselves to be their collection of memories from their observations, that would be the point to their life. is this an answer you can accept?

Eh sociolpath, observation is important. Practicing this skill can be very useful. I've learned more sometimes just watching others, then ever talking to them.

I've read that some older mystery schools required students to spend extended periods of silence.I think idea was to emphasize better observation, as an aid in our spiritual journey...

when a life form has observed all that it can observe what is there left it can teach its offspring to observe the same areas it observed

Then what?

Starve to death? Get eaten by a life form that observed that life form sitting there..observing?

Junior, just keep looking....right there.

if you meant to be humorous you have succeeded. if not, you cannot understand.

you observation must extend past your hand.

you observation must extend past your hand.
It does.

I observe that which cannot be observed. I sense that which cannot be sensed. I conceive that which cannot be conceived.

I did not mean to be humorous. Observation is nothing without cognition, without learning. There are many who do nothing but observe. They are not living. They see but do not understand. They see and are deceived because our senses lie to us.
