Lol, the tiles were what was actually preventing me from getting a new windows, not the privacy stuff. I had tried a few friends laptops and wanted to smash them because of the 2 screen thing. If 10 is a reg desktop then it is in the running. Thanks for all the advice everyone, it is greatly appreciated.

The newer OSs use exponentially less resources. I.E XP was better, 7 was better than XP , 8 is better than 7....Microsoft is actually getting it now.

I think I will be running Windows 10 in a virtual machine. I hope that satisfies MS. I know that MS will stop supporting Windows 7 sometime in 2016.

Yea, I think i'm just going to get the ps4 version and hope that my KB/M work. If it doesn't, I can use the controller. KB/M is just easier for me. Upgrades for my computer will cost at least $300, $100 for 8gb ram, and at least $150-200 for a decent video card. Most likely I will just save up for a new computer. My processor and ram (ddr2 ) are kinda out of date anyhow.
