What the billboard is saying is that American leadership needs to stop acting like cheap prostitutes for TPTB and 'outside' interests, and do whats good for the whole.

Our foreign policy on Israel is based on religious bias. Apocalyptic closet evangelicals want the end times, and support Israel in hopes they will be "raptured" when the time comes. Remember, the religious right wants the world to end, because they believe that they are going to be saved from the destruction that they have sown.
