It's another law written by special interests. In this case the Pharma industry. It includes an emergency provision that is triggered buy the signature of Health and Human Services director and the CA governor.

Pharma supplies single dose syringes to babies and pregnant women in CA due to the known toxic action of Thimerisol.

Pharma is evil and the medical trade groups are bought. This, to them is an emergency worthy of damaging more babies?

1.Tell them it is UNACCEPTABLE to grant a waiver which allows this law to be violated!
2. The law was passed for a reason, UPHOLD IT!!
3. Patients are NOT receiving the information that they are receiving a vaccine that in most years would be illegal to administer to them!
4. Demand if this waiver is to be issued, that a directive must also be issued by the Departement of Health to EVERY vendor for this vaccine, every OB/GYN, every PEDIATRICIAN to ensure each patient receives FULL INFORMED CONSTENT prior to administering this poison laced vaccine!!

But there's no evidence that thimerasol in vaccines causes any harm at all.
In fact after it was removed from childhood vaccines the issues that anti-vaxxers said were being caused by it actually increased.
Work that one out.
Although if you can prove otherwise then feel free to do so.
Bear in mind that memes don;t really count as evidence.

It was removed as a precautionary measure to help limit the total amount of mercury babies were being exposed to from the environment as a whole.
