Dutch police arrest 11 following refugee-shelter attack

Dutch police have arrested 11 men aged between 19 and 30 following an attack on an emergency shelter for refugees.

They are believed to form half of a group of around 20 people who forced entry into the refuge, wearing hoods and carrying nitrate fireworks and rotten eggs.

It is sad that it came to this but this was bound to happen.

People are getting quite fed up and a statement was made here. It will be interesting to see how the situation develops.

And so it will continue across Europe as the numbers grow , it's all very well for politicians to make big statements and dispersal agreements but it's the people who have to live with it , the rise of the far right to greater prominence is almost guaranteed.

Did I miss something ? How is it Muslim infighting ? The shelter was attacked by outsiders and who know what religion they are and why would it matter. Looks like individuals upset the shelter was to be expanded, not the refugees fighting among themselves.

This situation is out of control for everyone, the people fleeing a war zone and the people besieged by the refugees.

Hate begets hate people.

If you show the hatred you are most likely going to get it right back which just creates a vicious cycle.

It would seem it is becoming a lot harder to hide if Reuters are showing it. Wonder when they will start showing the truth about the gang rapes etc in Sweden and other places!!
