I Have A DREAM


There I was one day, in the merry merry month of May, not a care in the world and all around me was peace and harmony;

What a wonderful wonderful way, to spend my lovely day, not inside but with nature, the Sun was shining, the birds where chirping, the fish were swishing, the bees were zipping, the trees were swaying;

No way you say, that is not possible you say, I challenge you and your moral decay, not a homeless person to be found, not on the sidewalks or on the ground, not a hungry mouth to feed, not a single person with need, babies are cared for and there is no greed;

In my glorious world there is a Utopian attitude, one of hope and not despair, one of love and empathy, a world without fear, far be it from me, to have these dreams, nearest to my heart and soul, nothing is as it should be and all that it seems;

I long for this day, with as much as I may, to rid this world of it's moral decay.
