Any team can " Buy " The Premier League Title. Chelsea & Man City are prime examples.

With rich enough owners you can do anything you wish.

The " real" great teams and managers are those such as Nottingham Forest & Brian Clough. Won League Championships and European Cup ( twice) on a shoestring budget.

Good to see Chelsea's decline though.

Thats modern footie im afraid.
But I would say our iwner has done it different from chelsea. He hasnt just bought the club he has made many jobs for tge people of Manchester.
