There are two that I know for sure get 100%. One has full access to the B-2, and has had pilots fly combat missions in them as MC. The other is directly tied into part of our command structure.

My personal hope was that after the Cold War, we'd work Russia into NATO and then get ready to face the next Big Bad: China. Not to be though. 3 different presidents have screwed that up.

4 presidents including Putin. I think he had something to do with that as well.

So, we can probably count the UK as one of the privileged few, I'm assuming...

Like I said they embraced mafia politics, and Vlad is the Don.
I remember reading about an INTERPOL investigation into a string of high profile art thefts in the early 2000's, and every single one was traced back to Russia, and implicated people in Putin's inner circle, with circumstances such that he had to have knowledge himself. The agnet interviewed call Russia a "Cleptochrocy", or robber state.

The other side of Intel gathering is exploitation especially if you have the need to tear down and destabilize a government..A shady dealing country that has its secrets aired out to the international media or council..Why China has been big into hacking towards the USA and the lesser extent Australia.

More news.

* Contract announcement very, very soon.

* Definitely 100 bombers.

* First four or five will be test articles

* First 21 will be through contract options.

* $550M each in 2010 dollars ($600M 2015).

Supposedly some very amazing capabilities derived from black RCO work that is off the shelf.

They are going to start losing R&D money of it isn't announced by next Friday.

We should take bets on of it is going to be the end of this week or next week.

I like the comment how can existing technology be advanced...

Just because it’s existing technology doesn’t mean it’s not incredible,” he said, noting that the only program publicly acknowledged as an RCO effort is the X-37B Orbital Test Vehicle.

Meaning, just because it's existing doesn't mean it's public knowledge how awesome it really is.

The new bomber will be a mutt. A Heinz 57 of all sorts of cool black project tech that is "off the shelf". That shelf just happens to be in a black closet.

If that is the case, I bet you're right and its either this friday or next.

It'll definitely be a heinz 57, but that makes it VERY American.
