Mine is this stone slab cheese slicer. I’m addicted to cheese! Cheese on every meal. Cheese in my salads, melted on my baking, in my coffee, on my cereal!! Just kidding.

I found this at a garage sale for $2 and it was love at first sight (yes, even rocket scientists go to garage sales). I’ve since upgraded the guitar wire from a 16 to an 18. This allowed me at the same time to tighten it up a bit and shorten the twisted ends so they don’t dig into the cheese, making it less of a job to clean. It cuts through all of my favorite cheeses with ease, and elegance.

No more hacked off with a kitchen knife, uneven, squished cheese slices!!

Microwave. I'd starve without it.

My cheap, *less than $200* smoker with an electric heating element. Smoked brisket, smoke bacon wrapped meatloaf, smoked bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers, smoked stuffed mushroom, and the list could go on and on.

Since I moved to Colombiaa few years ago, Ive become adept at using a pressure cooker. Beans are huge down here. So I make stuff like hummus, refried beans, chili, and stews all the time with the help of my trusty olla de presion..

Oh, at times my crock pot. I have been covering it with foil. the kids broke the lid...
I am too busy (lazy) to go buy another lid...may as well get a new pot!

I made chili in it today...as a matter of fact...I love loading it in the morning and voila! dinner is served...

P.S. my fam likes cheeses also but doesn't THAT MUCH cheese ever cause you ummm...difficulties?

LOL

Slow cooker and mini oven, I use them all the time, barely ever use the full size Oven. Slow cooker is just amazing, can do so many lovely meals in it, mini oven is used for grilling, cheese toppings or burgers etc

My stainless still Italian pasta maker and the attachments. I got it at a thrift store for like $7! I found out it costs anywhere from $300 on up, I love that thing!

My other favorite is my crock pot!

magic bullet. I just dump ingredients in and pour out a finished product.

Dried chiles become chile powder. I make vinaigrettes in it daily. Meat marinades. Smoothies/shakes. turns flax seed into flax meal. Turns almonds into almond flour or almond butter. I've made butter in it. I've made mayo and aioli in it.

I use it at least twice a day, every day.

Are you able to make raviolis with what you have? That's always a fun dish to make!
