THE Spectrum Stone

As a six year old , I would frequent the museum in
my home city as often as I could. My mother worked nearby
and she regularly left me there for hours on end , to
pursue my love of knowledge .My favourite exhibits were
dinosaur bones .. of course !

On one occasion there was an Egyptian artifacts collection
and I must say ,it was more than fascinating .
As I entered the room of exhibits , I was stunned by the
whole place brightly lit with a glorious rainbow of colours.
So bright and vivid ,an incredible living spectrum of light .

No-one in the crowd seemed to notice , or be aware of what
I saw. The light was coming from one glass case , to which I
was immediately drawn.

A security guard stood nearby , but looked half asleep.
I reached through the glass , without breaking it ,and
withdrew a small white stone . The source of the living
colour. I sat down under the case , and inspected my find.
I could feel the awesome power flowing through me . I was
the king of the world ,right there ,right then !

When I looked back up , the security guard seemed frozen.
As I surveyed the room , everyone had frozen , as if time
itself had stopped .

I stood up and next to the guard . At that moment , a number
of people entered the room , A man and five gyrating little people .
Surrounded by flying sparks they came to me, the man saying ,
"Yes you've stopped time , now give me the stone "

He was right , but to prove it to myself , I stamped on the
guard's foot , as hard as I could. He didn't flinch .

"All you need to do is give me the stone , and tell me , I am God".
"That's never going to happen" I replied ,
and I swallowed the stone.

"Then come with us , we're going for a look around".
We flew out of the museum and into the sunny skies . I waved
to my mother in the street , but everyone there was still too.
We landed briefly on a mountaintop , before returning to the
museum.

"You must restart time , or they'll all die".
The moment I willed it , time began again , the mysterious
strangers disappeared , and the guard screamed in pain and
hopping mad , advanced towards me . "I saw what you did , I'm
calling the police"!


I ran , and he chased me , out of the building and into the
city streets . I soon outdistanced him , with his injured foot ,
losing him among the alleyways of that city ....

Since then , my paranormal experiences have been amazing ,
... you may have heard some of the legends .

just between you and me ,
...and the rest of the world ,
yes it did happen .
This is the first time I've ever mentioned it to anyone !
That security guard, and the police
found me soon after . I told them I
had returned the stone to God .

My next 'story ' involves an underwater pyramid ....
Will write it down soon .

Psalm 31:18 Let their lying lips be silenced, for with pride
and contempt they speak arrogantly against the righteous.

That six year old was streetwise then , ...
now he has the wisdom of the ages within .

The 'Arrogant pride Gravy train' has derailed .

In the end it was my foot that became crippled.
