Calculations (poem)

Calculations

Presently, I am of the mind,
That my formula will work out just fine.
Previously, I thought instead,
That I'd have to do the math again.

Possibly, I made a mistake,
When I first made my calculations.
Presumably, by one decimal place,
When I figured my computations.

Perplexed, by the many solutions,
That I see when I close my eyes.
Postulating, all the conclusions,
Working through the hows and whys.

Prepared, to do the work,
I know the road may be hard and long.
Proving, that my theory has worth,
Though others won't know what I've done.
