Your opinion comes from TWO people....... I don't think your opinion is from a very experience position then.

In my opinion, which comes from having numerous close gay male friends, a couple of female ones and having just last year walked my Mum down the isle to marry her female partner, most homosexuality or bisexuality is not through choice.
I don't think I've ever known a man that has gone down that path by choice.
I don't even think the women I have known has explicitly just got up one day and said, right, I'm going to choose to be attracted to women as well as or instead of men. With that said though I know of many women whose sexuality has apeared more fluid or has apeared to change over the years.
My Mother identifies as bi-sexual and has always claimed to be so but never had a relationship with a woman until her wife a few years ago.
It's a similar story for other gay or bi women I know.

I think OP is unknowing that He me might be bisexual..

Given certain circumstances - say having a lifelong prison sentence and being surrounded by men only for example - my preferences for women might change.

If in you're in Prison,you have your own hand for self pleasure..Unless you have preexisting attraction for Men...

I did say (back there) that Feminists are not to blame for ALL of homosexuality, but they are to blame for much of it. Do you guys ever read the posts, or just blindly respond to the first sentence that offends you?

Just because there is a popular wave of gays coming out, because the world wants to tolerate everything, and not be afraid of anything (except Muslims apparently), how do we know for a fact that being gay isn't a mental disorder? I mean, let's face it, even if you don't believe in God, you HAVE TO believe in nature. Nature suggests that gay people do not have the right parts to fit each other for the purposes of procreation, which is an inherent need for the worlds population to continue. If everyone were gay. Human kind would cease to exist...and don't buy into that population control BS about there being too many people in this world...that is nothing more than selfish elites that are buying up farms and starving the world out by choking their finances and monopolizing the worlds resources because they want the worlds population to not exists. It wouldn't surprise me a bit if they were really behind this..."let's turn the whole world gay" idea. Despite, an illusory excuse like population control..the fact is...the parts don't fit, and there is no natural reason for two men or two women having sex with each other. .....and GO!

I didn't say anyone "turned" them into anything. I said they "chose" as a result of frustration, as a result of the way feminists have turned women against men. You know, where any woman can seduce a man, marry him even without loving him, have a child, then divorce him and collect another paycheck monthly that far outweighs the needs of the child and the e-wife....just to vindictively teach him a lesson for not letting her cheat on him?? They are tired of this ride, and every time they have sex with a woman, there is always a great danger of this happening, as the divorce rate is beyond 70% in the states now. Why do you think the divorce rate is 70%?? It is not men who are divorcing....it's almost always women, who win in every court case...get's the child....gets the child support...get's the alimony.The man, well he just get's screwed...and not in the good way.

think about Marriage, if this was a choice people could say why do you need "Marriage Equality" when it was your choice to be GLBTQ+.

Partly yes, but just in the behavior of so many people who are "gay".

They certainly act differently on a whole whack of levels and have thought processes in general that differ greatly.

How does this add up to sexual attraction alone ??

Some other factors ARE present throughout all of this, and they are being ignored.

Just what are the social norms within all of this and why is HOLLYWOOD in control of almost all of it ???

Nah, no social engineering going on at all.........

So, we ask gay people to become straight. How about asking the reverse? Would that work? Stop "screwing around" with nature. It is what it is, and every shade of grey in between. It's not a question of changing anything, it's a question of acceptance.

As far as it being a choice, people have taken sides and the debate will rage on. As far as why make a choice to expose yourself to risk? People do it all the time. Why be anti government in some places that can expose you to the same, why he a woman without a male escort in some countries and have Tue same risk plans so on? Choice or not (each person will have an opinion) but people make choices everyday all over the world exposing themselves to severe risks for doing so. That part is easily explainable

Certain people are under threat in certain countries no matter what. What can they do? Those women you speak of are under threat anyway. If they want to take a stand it's their "choice". Same is true for slaves who were under constant threat everyday. Same with those people in Nazi Germany who wanted to help Jews. (Yes Godwin's law wins once again). They can hide who they are, what their intentions are, what they want to do, etc. but they will eventually be found out anyway.
