I was referring to physical items or exhibits etc something that needs keeping well hidden where nobody would expect

There is a massive underground area not far from usaf Lakenheath that was made by Hoovers say so and supposedly for a working government off us soil and the tower of London has been used to keep things for them over the years especially before the second half of the Iraqi war, but I am sure you know that already, the saying goes ththat Hoover was more powerful than any president, any truth to this?

the fbi kept most physical documents aside from that which was being signed by him...
Excluding sensitive political material which was kept far beneath the White House itself...
