You are new, so Ill cut you some slack. Just because this is a conspiracy site...doesnt mean everything is one.
Why dont you get on the inside and volunteer for some of these in your local community? Contact your local city, county, township, state Emergency Management departments and LEARN about them?

We could use the help.
