Non statistically. I could deal and operate with a lot of crazy stuff. For the life of me I never understood why anyone wants to run into a burning building when everyone else is running out. Too many issues, explosions, fire itself, smoke lnhalation, carrying some not so light people down ladders, etc. I have to give it up to firemen and women.

So im a tree Surgeon and there are times where i wish i was a deep sea fisherman, logger or window cleaner etc , in the UK we have a higher death rate than the military. FYI being POTUS or astronauaght are much more desireable and IMHO less risk ( 4 years potus astronaught?? trees for life....) cops dont even get a mention in my book; try spiking a 90 ft dead ( working in germany) tree of heaven (Ailanthus altissima) and sectioning it down in the rain with a stihl 880 ( 120cc) with a 30 in bar and the wind gayling (pfft fishing)...
