NASA SWx Space Weather App

Anybody use the NASA SWx Space Weather app?

I have it on my android device, and quite honestly the sun is beutiful to watch in all its close up glory. I particularly enjoy playing the frames to watch sun activity.

I have witnessed even a large CME aimed toward earth before, but the perimeter views show some amazing activity.

Thanks, I have just installed it!

Using this app I was able to see the magnetic tornadoes. Really cool. Plus you can pinch and zoom.

Whoda thunk this type of tech was readily available.

Never knew they had something like this and now it is installed on my phone . I've got to admit to those pictures are beautiful.
