I would like to know what his process for deciding whether or not to publish classified information looks like. Example being: If Col. Shaffer is
printing a memory of a certain mission, with certain named individuals- when and how does he decide to edit the actual names and dates? I'm assuming
he's used only real names/dates according to the DoD making messes in their pants.

That should be a good Show Jesse. I went searching for a 1st Edition Copy of "Operation Dark Heart" because I heard they weren't redacted, mine was,
got my $ back, but it made it difficult to read so I never finished.
