Fair point, but I don't think it will be long. I think we might have been caught with our pants down a little bit! They have some seriously smart fluid dynamics guys over there, I know it's a different beast but this could be another Shkval.

Yes they do. So do we. The eight minute barrier is quite real and will prove to be harder than you think to beat. It's more materials that can withstand the friction than anything.

An engine being developed is an engine being developed. It means little without the platform and the money to do something with.
